Foscarini Birdie collectie van Ludovica en Roberto Palomba
Ludovia en Roberto Palomba hebben samen meerdere collecties ontworpen voor het mooie merk Foscarini. Neem bijvoorbeeld de Foscarini Birdie collectie. Ooit begon de collectie met een vloerlamp, maar uiteindelijk is er een complete lampencollectie ontstaan. Naast de vloerlampen beschikt de collectie over bijpassende tafel-, wand- en hanglampen. Het begon met het idee een nieuwe twist te gegeven aan de traditionele vloerlamp. Het ontwerpersduo besloot de rechte lijnen te vervangen door natuurlijke vormen. Als je kijkt naar de lampenkap zie je dat deze een lichte buiging heeft in plaats van standaard recht. Daarnaast beschikken de lampen allemaal over een iconisch takje waardoor je direct moet denken aan een boom. Bij de vloerlamp met dimmer heeft het takje zelfs een functie gekregen, want hij dient namelijk als dimmer.
