Antonio Citterio werkt op internationaal niveau
Antonio is in 1950 geboren in de Italiaanse stad Meda. In 1975 haalde hij zijn diploma Architectuur aan de Polytechnische Universiteit van Milaan. Ondertussen werkt en woont hij hier nog steeds. Na zijn studie zette hij zijn eigen bedrijf in de industriële vormgeving op. Tientallen jaren later besloot hij om in 2000 samen te werken met Patricia Viel. Ze werken tot op de dag van vandaag samen op internationale niveau aan het ontwikkelen van langetermijnprojecten en altijd in combinatie met adviseurs. Antonio heeft door de jaren heen verschillende prijzen in de wacht gesleept, zoals de Compasso d’oro. En een deel van zijn werk behoort tot de permanente instituten voor moderne kunst en design. We hebben het dan over Centre Pompidou en MoMa.
